The Recruitment Network is a partnership of different organisations in Coventry and Warwickshire who are  committed to helping people into work, education or training. We are working together to be able to offer high quality opportunities and appropriate support to enable individuals to develop the skills they need to get a job and progress in it.

We are all committed to supporting local people, particularly people most disadvantaged in the labour market, to secure employment. Some organisations offer training or barrier breaking services to support people who are not yet job ready, some offer jobs brokerage support helping people with job search, job matching, application and interview techniques. 

We also help local employers who are looking for staff by taking part in their recruitment process and offering free vacancy advertising to reach large numbers of local people looking for work.

We are made up of all kinds of organisations, voluntary, private or public and we are all funded to help in different ways. We are based throughout Coventry and Warwickshire in many different communities.
