A team of ten partners, it provides a unique construction sector service for employers, and for people looking for jobs in the industry in the Coventry and Warwickshire area.

For employers services include a bespoke recruitment service, tailored to meet individual employers needs and a computerised matching service.

For jobseekers services include help to identify training needs, information on a range of construction careers, help to identify job opportunities and even support once a client has found a job. 

The team manages a number of construction training projects which aim to provide a route to employment in the construction industry by funding training to gain the skills and qualifications needed to work in this industry.
